Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

We are dedicated to processing orders as quickly as possible. All High Cotton purchases placed Monday through Friday will ship within 2-3 business days. 

Orders placed over the weekend are shipped the next business day. If you need your order to go out the same day you place it, please place your order before 11:00 ET using an expedited service (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) and email us athelp@highcottonties.com. We will be sure to do our best to get you your merchandise in time.

Expedited shipping options are available for additional fees.  If you need your order by a specific date please choose an expedited shipping option that provides a buffer. 

High Cotton is not responsible for packages that are delivered late, lost during shipping, stolen at the delivery address.  Once the package is given to the carrier it is out of our control. Please contact the shipping carrier for issues related to delivery.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason, please fill out the form below and we would be happy to process your return or exchange request.  

  • Returns up to 30 days after purchase are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
  • Cummerbund orders that are worn cannot be returned.
  • High Cotton reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges in situations that are reasonably determined to be fraudulent. 
  • All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unaltered
  • High Cotton reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
  • We will not accept returns for custom orders.
  • We cannot accept any returns for purchases made at stores selling High Cotton merchandise. The product must be returned to the store it was purchased from.
  • If you have received a defective or otherwise damaged product please notify our customer service team who will assist you.
  • Refunds and replacements will not be processed until we have received the damaged product.
  • Discounts cannot be applied to orders retroactively.
  • Pre-ordered products are excluded from discounts unless noted otherwise.
  • Any item bought on a "all sales final" sale is not eligible for return or exchanges.
